  1. Whatsapp: This is a cross messaging platform. I regard this as my best android app because of how flexible and user friendly it is. You can use whatsapp for android to share videos, music, files, pictures and chat with your friends across the global. it is available for other operating system like iphone, blackberry but i think the android version is my best.   2. BBM: BBM means blackberry messenger, it was introduced newly to android but its already topping my chart. Just like whatsapp you can share files, create group and do many things with it. Its simply the best, with the rate at which its going it will still top the best android messaging app. 
  3. Skype: I always make use of this app in my PC, but the first day i tried it on my android tablet, it was wow.. it has the same features as the PC version but more flexible as it goes with android phones and tablet. You can find it in google play store. 
  4. Facebook Messenger: Facebook is the world most popular and used social network, with millions of users, facebook was on my top list of android messaging app.. it makes it very easy to chat and interact with your friends online and see who message you when offline. 
  5. Wechat: This is another cool messaging app, i love the hold to talk voice messaging features.. I just downloaded the app but from the little i have seen, the app is what using.
